The club was designed by the legendary Spanish golfer Severiano Ballesteros and opened its doors in 1991. De geschiedenis van Los Arqueros Golf & Country Club gaat terug tot het einde van de jaren 1980 toen Ballesteros, die veel succes had geboekt als professioneel golfer, een carrière als golfbaanontwerper begon.
