If you are a golf lover you have several golf courses next door such as Golf Course in Estepona or Atalaya Golf & Country Club, if what you like is the beach you can go to Playa del Saladillo just 2 km away and if you want is to enjoy the most famous towns on the Costa del Sol Puerto Banús is only 10 minutes away by car and Marbella center 20 minutes away. The property is distributed on one floor and consists of a spacious open floor plan where the living room, dining room and kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a 38 m2 terrace are distributed. The living room is made up of two triples and a smart TV where you can relax after a busy day. The dining room decorated with a long wooden table with space for six people.
